The Councilman along with other city elected officials tour Tustin Playground and notice the many improvements that need to be made to the site. Councilman Jones supports the Rebuild initiative that will lead to the investment of $500 million in Philadelphia neighborhoods to repair and improve recreation centers, parks, and libraries. This initiative is being made possible through Councilman Jones and fellow city officials’ support of the Philadelphia Beverage Tax.
The Fourth Councilmanic District is responsible for funding $29,201 that it took to cover the design ideas for the playground construction of the McMichael park in East Falls. With community and capital funding the park will come into existence.
